Jenny Wing Sexual Abuse Counselling & Prevention Program Manager

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters in Family Therapy and has been providing therapeutic services to children and young people impacted by sexual abuse for the past twenty years.


She has worked in the child protection, sexual assault, and out of home care sectors and has developed one of Victoria’s first therapeutic models of care for young people before coming to CPS to manage the Sexual Abuse Counselling and Prevention Program (SACPP).

Jenny’s extensive experience and her systemic approach has shaped CPS’s whole-of-family approach to responding to child sexual abuse, ensuring that the needs of all family members are addressed to enable them to move forward together as safer, stronger families.

Her work has drawn international attention and has been presented across Australia and overseas, including as a lecturer training sexual assault counsellors in South Korea for several years. Jenny’s career has focused on reducing the long term impacts of child sexual assault on families in our community.
