Kate joined the CPS Board in 2010, having served on the Strategy and Growth Subcommittee in 2009. A strategy consultant since 1995, she worked for 15 years with The Boston Consulting Group.

Her professional experience spans a range of industry sectors, with a focus on strategy development, operational reform and leading change in public sector organisations. Kate lives locally and is married with two young children.
