2008 CPS Congratulates Staff

CEO Bernadette Burchell acknowledged the dedication and hard but rewarding work CPS staff do to make a difference in the lives of children. “This year’s achievements could not have been made without the vision, leadership, ambassadorship, good work and good will of staff at all levels,” stated Ms Burchell.
 Special congratulations to the winners of the 2008 Staff and Team Awards presented at our Annual General Meeting.
Staff Award - This Award was nominated by staff for significant contribution to a positive workplace through collaboration and productive initiative.

CEO’s Award – Nominated by the CEO for Outstanding Team Performance. In response to the CPS’s move to an integrated model of service delivery, the Men and Fathers Support Service team successfully rebuilt its service platform to better align its work with the organisational focus on children. In the process, the Team led a process of developing a more father inclusive practice across the whole agency.
